It’s an exciting time to join Onward as we continue to move forward at pace, and we are now looking for an exceptional strategic leader to join our ambitious Executive Team and Board. Reporting to the Chief Executive, this is a key appointment for us and it’s essential that we attract a visionary leader to inspire over 500 team members who deliver customer facing services in neighbourhoods, in our contact centre and for customers in older persons and supported housing. Responsible for leading a programme of transformational change, our new Executive Director will also ensure a culture of continuous improvement where customer services are innovative, enabled by technology and consistently progressive.

Either an established or aspiring Executive Director, you’ll bring considerable expertise in inspiring customer facing teams along with an impressive track record of delivering sector-leading performance in large and complex organisations. Engaging, visionary and strategic, you’ll be passionate about ensuring exemplary levels of customer service and community impact and will contribute to organisational growth. Working within our highly collegiate culture, this is a unique opportunity to have a considerable impact across Onward, and make a positive difference to our customers and communities.
