Legal Entity Descriptions

• Onward Group Limited – Group parent and Registered Provider (RP) with very small property holding.
• Onward Homes Limited – Charitable subsidiary and RP owning the vast majority of the group’s homes.
• Contour Property Services Limited – provides leasehold management services.
• Onward Repairs Limited – provides repairs and maintenance services.
• Onward Build Limited – subsidiary which develops new homes and provides development agency services.
• Atrium City Living Limited – investment subsidiary holding the investments in GMJV and CRDP.
• GMJV Fundco – joint venture to invest in new build homes within Greater Manchester.
• CRDP Developments LLP – joint venture with Seddon RDP to develop 93 homes in Goosnargh, Preston.
• S4B – manages the Brunswick estate contract in Manchester, Onward provides the housing management contract.
